How we process, pack, and deliver your Glory Grab order — domestically and worldwide.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Cut-off for same-day processing is usually 12:00 PM local time.
We ship across Sri Lanka using reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Orders over a set threshold may qualify for free standard domestic shipping — the current threshold is shown at checkout.
We ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times and rates vary by destination and carrier. Customs clearance may add extra time.
Duties and taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in your Glory Grab order total.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also check status anytime in My Account → Orders.
Weather, peak seasons, and customs can occasionally delay delivery. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will help resolve it.
